The Vice President has begun his 1992 don't-dump-me-from-the-ticket campaign. He stumbled through an interview with Ted Koppel and tried to sell conservatives on the budget deal, yet 69% of voters surveyed by NBC this month said they would be uncomfortable with him in the top job.
