Across Manhattan was Reconstruction Hospital which specialized in such work. Nothing could be wiser than to merge the two institutions, decided their directors, a process which was going forward last week. Reconstruction Hospital will be, after Jan. 1, a unit of what will be formally, as always popularly, called Post Graduate Hospital.
