Five days faster than anyone else had done it--Capt. Charles B. D. Collyer and John Henry Mears, theatrical producer and author, completed their journey around the world by arriving last week in Manhattan in 23 days, 15 hours, eight seconds. They had used a Fairchild cabin monoplane, steamships, trains, automobiles.
