The fecund mind of William Jennings Bryan brought forth a brain child, preconceived some years ago by the late Theodore Roosevelt. Now, according to Mr. Bryan, the public is ready to receive this plan:
In 1924, and thereafter, let the campaign funds of the several parties be furnished by the Federal Treasury-- the total sum to be 10-c- per voter, apportioned according to the last recorded strength of each party. Thus can all parties be protected from obligating themselves to the "predatory interests."
