Chicago Jaunt

The Chicago Civic Opera Company began a 10,000-mile transcontinental tour. The first .stop was scheduled for Boston, then Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chattanooga, Cincinnati, Tulsa, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Wichita, Kansas City. Mefistofele, Boris, Cleopatre, The Jewess and Salome will be featured.

The company, which played to big houses in Chicago, hopes for equal patronage on the road, as it will be necessary to pay the large traveling expenses without too great a deficit.
