Revenge
Commandant de St. Quentin, ex-director of aeroplane manufacture and commander of the air force units attached to the Second French Army, has written a book entitled The War of 1924.
In this book, written in the form of a novel, Commandant de St. Quen- tin predicts a proclamation of war by Germany on France and Belgium. Two thousand aeroplanes, each carrying two tons of bombs, a crew of four men and having a maximum cruising range of eight hours, will make the first attack. The aeroplanes, he says, are in Russia. He also predicts that the civil population will suffer more than the soldiers.
