P:Since April 1, 835 revolutionary prisoners have been recommended for release.
P: The application of the Free State of Ireland for membership in the League of Nations will be considered in September.
P:Tim Healy, Governor General of the Irish Free State, left Dublin for London, where he will ask for British guarantees for a short-term Irish loan.
P:At the Mansion House in London a meeting to discuss the position of Irish loyalists in the Irish Free State was addressed by Lord Carson, Lord Willoughby de Broke, Sir William McCartney, Lord Cavendish, A. A. Somerville, Major Cecil Wilson (brother of the late Field Marshal Sir Henry Wilson), the Duke of Northumberland. A resolution to the Lord Mayor of London was adopted, asking for compensation and provision for a settlement elsewhere in the Empire of all loyalists in the Free State.
